Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Two opportunities are available: a part-time role (4 days per week) for the full school year and a full-time role for the second semester. Desired Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Washington State
• Experience providing OT services within school settings preferred
• Ability to evaluate and implement IEPs for students with diverse needs
• Strong interpersonal abilities to foster effective communication with staff, students, and families
• Organizational skills to manage caseload documentation and scheduling
• Innovative approach and adaptability in dynamic educational environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of students’ functional skills and sensory-motor abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success in various learning environments
• Maintain detailed progress notes and required documentation
• Deliver interventions individually and in small group settings
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing professional input to guide student services
