Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical support to students facing symptoms of major mental illnesses and emotional disorders through individual and group therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement comprehensive, integrated care plans that address the unique needs of each student.

• Conduct thorough assessments, including brief, evidence-based screenings to identify appropriate interventions and determine necessary services.

• Maintain an ongoing caseload of clients, scheduling and documenting all therapeutic interventions and evaluation sessions in a timely manner.

• Monitor and evaluate clients’ treatment plans to facilitate their success in both academic and personal endeavors, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
