We look forward to hearing from you!Position SummarySupports receiving operations by inspecting, processing, and distributing incoming materials while ensuring accuracy, inventory integrity, and timely movement of goods throughout the facility.Position ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quantity, and condition.Identify and report damaged or discrepant materials and assist in resolving shipment issues.Coordinate the movement and distribution of received materials to designated departments or storage locations.Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling, tracking, and documentation of incoming and returned materials.Operate material handling equipment, including tier-lift trucks and hand trucks, to transport materials safely throughout the facility.Assist with organizing and maintaining receiving and storage areas to support efficient operations.Provide guidance and support to team members involved in receiving activities as needed.Specific Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities RequiredAbility to accurately inspect, verify, and process incoming materials.Working knowledge of inventory control and receiving processes.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and inventory tracking systems.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Leadership and communication skills to assist in coordinating receiving activities.Ability to safely operate material handling equipment and lift/move materials as required.Position QualificationsEducation:HS diploma or equivalent requiredExperience:1+ years of warehouse experience preferred.Work Environment and Physical Requirements:Manufacturing EnvironmentLift up to 75 lbs. regularlyRequires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of timeVision abilities required to validate and enter data on computerDisclaimer: This list does not represent all physical demands.
