FOX Factory designs, engineers, manufactures and markets performance-defining products and systems for customers worldwide. Our premium brand, performance-defining products and systems are used primarily on bicycles, side-by-side vehicles, on-road vehicles with and without off-road capabilities, off-road vehicles and trucks, all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, specialty vehicles and applications, motorcycles, and commercial trucks. Position Summary:
Supports receiving operations by inspecting, processing, and distributing incoming materials while ensuring accuracy, inventory integrity, and timely movement of goods throughout the facility.

Position Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quantity, and condition.
• Identify and report damaged or discrepant materials and assist in resolving shipment issues.
• Coordinate the movement and distribution of received materials to designated departments or storage locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling, tracking, and documentation of incoming and returned materials.
• Operate material handling equipment, including tier-lift trucks and hand trucks, to transport materials safely throughout the facility.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining receiving and storage areas to support efficient operations.
• Provide guidance and support to team members involved in receiving activities as needed.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities Required:

• Ability to accurately inspect, verify, and process incoming materials.
• Working knowledge of inventory control and receiving processes.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and inventory tracking systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership and communication skills to assist in coordinating receiving activities.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment and lift/move materials as required.

Position Qualifications:

Education:

HS diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

1+ years of warehouse experience preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Manufacturing Environment

Lift up to 75 lbs. regularly

Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time

Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
