Production Associate – Turboclean Department (2nd Shift)

The Production Associate supports manufacturing operations by operating equipment, inspecting products, handling materials, and following safety and quality standards. This role helps ensure membrane products are produced efficiently and meet company specifications.

• Follow all safety, quality, and sanitation procedures.
• Perform sizing, trimming, and shell-cutting tasks.
• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Set up machines and adjust process settings as required.
• Inspect products and materials for quality issues.
• Record production data and test results accurately.
• Package finished products and assist with material handling.
• Handle chemicals safely according to company procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Support other production and warehouse activities as needed.

• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to complete required training.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

• Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse environments.
• Experience operating production equipment.
• Familiarity with packaging and material handling processes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Goleta, CA.

The pay range for this position is $23.10 - $23.10/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Goleta,CA.
