Our client, a leading organization in the supply chain and logistics industry, is seeking a Material Handler Supervisor to join their team. As a Material Handler Supervisor, you will be part of the Business Operations department supporting the Supply Chain & Logistics team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Macungie, PA

Lead and coordinate material handling operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely movement of materials.

Provide leadership for inventory control, receiving, storage, shipping, and material delivery processes.

Support production by ensuring customer and production requirements are consistently met.

Develop and mentor team members through coaching, training, and empowerment initiatives.

Implement process improvements to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

Typically requires 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in material handling or related fields.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze operational data and make informed decisions.

Proactive problem-solving abilities and a focus on continuous improvement.
