Insight Global is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our client, a family-owned, nationwide distributor of high-quality fencing products, located in Clearwater, FL. This Inside Sales Rep will support existing business customers, process orders, and drive customer retention. This role serves as the primary point of contact for contractors, construction companies and other B2B customers who rely on our client's products to complete their projects. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, solving customer challenges, and working in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is focused on servicing and growing existing accounts while ensuring customers receive accurate product information, pricing, inventory updates, and delivery expectations.

Responsibilities include:

• Process inbound customer orders received via phone, email, text, and walk-in traffic.
• Provide accurate product quotes, pricing, availability, and lead times to customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase retention and repeat business.
• Utilize CRM and inventory management systems (Acumatica) to verify product availability and order status.
• Coordinate with warehouse, yard, purchasing, and delivery teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Communicate inventory shortages, backorders, and expected replenishment timelines to customers.
• Advocate for customer needs internally to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve concerns.
• Assist with onboarding new customers and expanding customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to sell excess, slow-moving, or secondary inventory.
• Maintain accurate customer records, quotes, and order information within CRM systems.
