Office Administrative Assistant On-Site/In-Person: Rancho Santa Margarita | $20-24hour based on experience | Full-time | Temp-to-Hire (After 6 Months) | A fast growing start-up company in Rancho Santa Margarita is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant. This role supports daily operations, customer communication, and administrative tasks. The position is designed for full-time. Their office schedule is 7am-3:30pm, Monday - Friday. Key Responsibilities
- Provide general office support, including filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization
- Draft and send clear, professional emails with proper grammar, clarity, and etiquette
- Answer and route incoming phone calls; take accurate messages
- Follow up on customer orders, pickups, and shipment status
- Assist with basic customer service needs and respond to inquiries
- Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy in all documentation
- Support a positive, cooperative environment within a small office team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent writing skills, including grammar, clarity, and email etiquette
- Basic customer service experience
- Comfortable making and receiving phone calls
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work well with others in a small office setting
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email platforms, QuickBooks and Excel, etc.)
