Office Administrative Assistant

Office Administrative Assistant

On-Site/In-Person: Rancho Santa Margarita | $20-24hour based on experience | Full-time | Temp-to-Hire (After 6 Months) |

A fast growing start-up company in Rancho Santa Margarita is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant. This role supports daily operations, customer communication, and administrative tasks. The position is designed for full-time. Their office schedule is 7am-3:30pm, Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general office support, including filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization
  • Draft and send clear, professional emails with proper grammar, clarity, and etiquette
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls; take accurate messages
  • Follow up on customer orders, pickups, and shipment status
  • Assist with basic customer service needs and respond to inquiries
  • Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy in all documentation
  • Support a positive, cooperative environment within a small office team
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent writing skills, including grammar, clarity, and email etiquette
  • Basic customer service experience
  • Comfortable making and receiving phone calls
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work well with others in a small office setting
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email platforms, QuickBooks and Excel, etc.)
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
