DESCRIPTION

Customer Service/ Sales Support acts as the point of contact with customers and coordinates with internal teams to nurture the customer from order to delivery. This is a value-added position that requires a keen understanding of Customer needs, the manufacturing process as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple projects daily.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop excellent working relationships with our customers
• Proactively reach out to our internal and external customers to drive business
• Order taking and order entry
• Quoting/ Estimating of new and/or existing products
• Follow products through the artwork process to ensure printed products are produced on time
• Track progress of orders as they move through the production process
• Work with the production and shipping departments to ensure all orders are completed on time and routed appropriately
• Communicate shipping and delivery times to customers
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
• Responsible for achieving call and email quotas

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office environment. Production/ manufacturing environment – printing or packaging, a plus
• Must be detail oriented and quality focused
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and internal team members
• Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and act accordingly
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude, solution driven, adaptable, team player
• Experience working with CRM and ERP systems, preferred
• Experience working with Microsoft products including Teams, Excel, Word, etc, preferred
• Associate’s degree preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Salary:

$32 - $36 per hour (Compensation based on experience.)
