As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established healthcare facility protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards or policy concerns.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, verifying authorized access, directing visitors, and reporting unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Guard card is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for role.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
