As a Security Officer at a residential property, you will conduct routine vehicle patrols, monitor assigned areas, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, communicate professionally with residents and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and observe vehicle and pedestrian traffic throughout the residential community, following established visitor and vendor entry procedures.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular and random vehicle and foot patrols of residential streets, common areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for incidents, observations, and patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Guard card is required. 
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for role.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
