Job Details Job Location: West Salt Lake City, UT 84101 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $19.00 - $20.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Day Job Summary: Breakfast Cook The Breakfast Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast items in accordance with hotel standards, ensuring high quality, timely service, and guest satisfaction. This role involves working efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, and contributing to a positive kitchen atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and plate hot breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, omelets, and other menu items. Set up and stock the breakfast cooking station with all necessary ingredients and equipment. Ensure food is prepared and served on time and in proper portions, appearance, and temperature. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations. Follow all recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the hotel or brand. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines including proper food handling and storage. Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to the supervisor or kitchen lead. Assist with receiving, inspecting, and properly storing food deliveries. Support the breakfast attendant or other team members during peak service times.
