Associate Client Relationship Executive

Translation is the heart of what we do. We are looking for an Associate Client Relationship Executive to join our Sales team. As an Associate Client Relationship Executive, you'll support senior account managers, manage client communications, and ensure projects run smoothly. Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the team nurture and manage client relationships
• Support and assist the preparation of proposals MSA, SOWs, contracts and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee on time delivery of projects
• Manage internal and external communication in a timely manner.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide prompt communication and solutions
• Provide coverage for traveling team members
• Assist Client Relationship Managers with tasks as assigned.
• Ad hoc responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Maintain professionalism; listen carefully and maintain customer satisfaction
• Strong organizational skills and experience using productivity tools
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a time-constrained environment
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Team player mentality
• 2 years of industry experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• HubSpot experience is a plus
