Purchasing Associate

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote Kick-Off Call: None Required Experience 2–3 years of experience in indirect procurement Key Responsibilities Support stakeholders and the category team across USAC in professional services. Prepare RFPs and conduct price analysis to facilitate negotiation. Extract and manage data from systems such as SharePoint. Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and dashboards. Maintain documentation and records related to sourcing and contracts. Verify purchase requests for accuracy and compliance. Support contract renewals, updates, and extensions. Assist with transactional procurement activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure procurement services. Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders on operational matters and follow up on issues.
