Overview LaserAway, a leading provider in aesthetic dermatology, is seeking a dynamic Store Sales Director to oversee operations, drive clinic performance, and deliver an outstanding patient experience. Compensation Competitive base salary at our Boston location, with revenue share opportunities based on clinic performance. Store Sales Managers earn $80,000 to $115,000 annually, with top performers earning more. Key Responsibilities Drive Sales Success: Lead by example, contributing to individual sales while coaching Patient Care Coordinators to achieve goals and maximize revenue. Manage Clinic Operations: Oversee daily scheduling to keep the clinic busy while maintaining proper staff breaks and delivering a seamless patient experience. Deliver Exceptional Patient Care: Monitor and improve patient satisfaction metrics, ensuring a premium experience from consultation to treatment. Optimize Revenue Growth: Track CRM initiatives, focusing on cross‑sell, upsell, and win‑back strategies to boost performance. Uphold Brand Standards: Ensure the clinic operates under LaserAway’s brand standards, maintaining a clean environment and enforcing dress codes. Oversee Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor PCCs and clinicians to foster a positive work environment and manage performance. Inventory and Equipment Oversight: Manage medical inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance for seamless operations. Foster Community Engagement: Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to position LaserAway as a key community member. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Regional Sales Directors and Operations teams to align staffing, budgeting, and performance goals. Promote Team Culture: Lead with compassion and professionalism, encouraging a motivated, unified team toward shared objectives. What We're Looking For Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience: 3+ years of leadership in high‑end B2C retail or high‑touch service industries with proven success in consultative sales and team management. Skills: Proficient in Google Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis to drive decision‑making. Leadership: Dynamic leader who thrives on talent acquisition, team development, and fostering collaboration across sales and clinical teams.
