About the Role:

ABC Termite and Pest Control is seeking a detail-oriented, communication driven Client Service Specialist to support our clients and service technician team.  This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced office environment, enjoys helping customers, problem solving, and can manage tasks with accuracy.

You will be the central point of contact for clients and technicians, responsible for coordinating service needs, processing payments, preparing estimates, and ensuring timely follow up.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication

• Serve as the primary contact for incoming calls, emails, and text messages.
• Provide clear and professional communication regarding services, scheduling, and next steps.
• Maintain strong relationships by ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the service process.

Technician Coordination:

• Communicate client needs, service details, and schedule changes.
• Follow up with technicians regarding next steps.
• Create estimates based on technician notes and client needs, while following pricing guidelines.
• Send estimates to clients, track pending estimates, and maintain records.

Payment Processing:

• Process payments over the phone or electronically.
• Assist clients with billing questions and provide detailed documentation if requested.

Administrative Support:

• Update accounts and service instructions.
• Maintain digital records.
• Support office operations with administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, office administrative, or client support.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Proficiency with computers, scheduling, and processing payments.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to excellent customer service.

Full-time opening- Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Pay: $19.50 per hour with the potential for an increase after 90 days.

Benefits:  A full benefits package is offered after 30 days of employment: health, dental, vision, and life insurance. Supplemental accident and critical illness insurance are also available. 401K benefits are available after 1 year of employment.
