You will employ structured project management/process methodologies in order to meet goals and targets. You will effectively communicate and execute against program and company objectives. A Program Manager must exhibit strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and resolve conflict in order to meet revenue and growth goals, while ensuring quality.Primary Expectations of a Program Director Include:Exhibits stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationshipsEffective communication skills, collaborating with stakeholders for changes to program scope, timeline, or budget.Utilizes influential skills to translate client vision and drive project activities to successful outcomes, with the ability to shape client success outcomes and metricsServes as a trusted partner, and advises client on strategic vision and directionRecognizes issues and conflicts and problem solves solutions, strategically turning barriers into opportunities.Negotiates outcomes and agreements that benefit the project and companyAdvanced ability to partner with technical and growth leaders to identify and drive organic and new growth opportunities.Basic Qualifications:5+ years of experience managing technology service delivery projectsWorking knowledge of Federal program executionDemonstrated experience leading complex technology or data projectsSecurity Clearance RequirementsUS Citizenship or Green Card only - we do not offer SponsorshipUS Residency for at least the past 3 yearsAble to meet the requirements to hold a position of Public Trust, including successful completion of a US Government background investigationDisclaimer: Medical or recreational marijuana use is considered illegal at the federal level, regardless of state laws allowing such, and may affect your ability to obtain Public Trust.
