Channel Sales Specialist

Job Description Responsibilities include: Develop and maintain overseas channel partnerships and customer relationships, continuously expanding a stable partner network to drive business growth in target markets; Conduct market insight and competitor analysis to formulate regional sales strategies and business plans, improving market share, product coverage, and customer coverage; Be responsible for the sales of company products and solution projects, including but not limited to security products, thermal imaging, handheld thermography devices, instrumentation, and optical products; Utilize various sales tools and channel resources to identify customer needs, develop potential clients, and build long‑term and stable business relationships; Support product marketing and solution promotion activities, including demand analysis, value proposition development, competitor analysis, customer training, and marketing activities to enhance product competitiveness and customer satisfaction; Collaborate with product, technical, and pre‑sales teams to support technical communication, solution presentations, project implementation, and sales target achievement; Maintain and analyze sales and marketing platform data, continuously improving sales efficiency and business performance; Participate in overseas exhibitions, customer visits, and business activities as required to strengthen brand presence and expand industry resources. You are the perfect candidate if you have: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Optics, Instrumentation, International Trade, or related fields; 1‑3 years of sales experience in industries such as thermal imaging, handheld thermography, instrumentation, optics, or related technology sectors; channel sales experience is highly preferred; Familiar with overseas channel development and market expansion, with strong capabilities in customer acquisition, business development, and account management; Strong communication, coordination, teamwork, learning, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand products and industry solutions; Experience in product marketing, solution promotion, customer training, or technical presentations is preferred; Good Chinese communication skills are required; both German and English should be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing, with German used as a primary working language for external sales and customer communication, and English used as a working language for internal communication; Able to work under pressure and adapt to frequent business travel and multicultural working environments.
