Coordinator - Talent Acquisition

Family Dollar is seeking a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This role provides administrative support for Corporate, Stores and Distribution Center teams. You will be responsible for a variety of TA related activities with a primary focus on scheduling and coordination of interviews and candidate logistics. You will partner with the executive administrative team, the travel team, and the relocation team to ensure world-class experience for every candidate. This role will be based at our HQ office located in Chesapeake, VA, and reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams and candidates (in-person, video, phone). Candidate logistics to include scheduling, travel arrangements, and escorting candidates around the campus while on site. Track candidates’ data (e.g., resumes, assignments and contact details) within our Applicant Tracking System and Candidate Relationship Management systems. Assist with New Hire Orientation and related onboarding tasks (e.g., preparing the necessary paperwork and completing I9 documents). Invoice and expense payment tracking and reportingto ensure all vendor payments are complete and documented for budget tracking purposes. Coordinate temporary requests from the business with our contingent labor preferred vendors. Process Cobra reimbursement requests. Ad hoc reporting & Other duties as assigned.
