We're looking for a Reconstruction Project Manager who thrives on organization, leadership, problem-solving, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Unlike traditional construction, every day in restoration is different. One project may involve rebuilding a family home after a fire, while the next could be restoring a commercial property following a major water loss. You'll have the opportunity to lead projects from start to finish while making a meaningful impact on customers and communities.

What You'll Do
As a Reconstruction Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing multiple residential and commercial reconstruction projects while ensuring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reconstruction projects from estimate approval through final completion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance partners, subcontractors, and vendors
• Develop project schedules and ensure work is completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, equipment, and resources
• Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
• Communicate project updates and expectations with customers and internal teams
• Manage project budgets, job costs, change orders, and profitability
• Resolve project challenges quickly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and industry best practices
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience throughout the reconstruction process

What We're Looking For
Experience

• Project management experience in reconstruction, restoration, residential construction, commercial construction, remodeling, or related industries
• Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and customer relationships
• Ability to read construction documents, scopes of work, and estimates
• Experience with insurance restoration is a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction Management, Building Construction, or related education is beneficial but not required
• Experience with Xactimate, DASH, RMS, or similar project management software is a plus
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
