This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your daily schedule while providing outpatient services to clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments through interviews, observations, and psychological evaluations to determine the most appropriate treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with individuals, families, and groups, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients to express themselves and work through their challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, sharing insights and strategies in regular team meetings to ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with clinical best practices and state regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, supervision, and adherence to ethical guidelines to enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Harmony Hills, you will work with a varied patient population facing issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in counseling, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and client interactions.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is highly valued and preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
