Assignment Overview

We are seeking an experienced MedSurg/Tele RN for a travel assignment. The role involves providing care to patients with respiratory and GI illnesses, sepsis, CHF, diabetes, and other medical conditions. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, including trach care and chest tube management, and will thrive in a busy, supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for medical patients aged 18 and above
• Manage patient acuity and patient ratios effectively
• Float to different units as needed to support staffing needs
• Engage in effective communication and teamwork

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 18 months of Med/Tele RN experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Strong skills in trach care, chest tube management, PIV starts, wound care, and plurex catheter management
• Positive bedside manner and strong communication skills
