Shift: Mon-Fri, Day Shift (traditional hours)

Licensures: RN License in NH or eligible to obtain

Experience: Previous pediatric or family practice nursing preferred

Certifications: ACLS and BLS (AHA) required

What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations for pediatric patients
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare team members, and support staff to develop patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments adhering to all policies and protocols
• Educate families on health management, safety, and preventive care
• Document patient progress meticulously and communicate significant changes promptly
• Support patient advocacy and emotional well-being throughout care processes
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations

What You Need

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or eligible for licensure
• ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA)
• Previous pediatric or outpatient experience preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

About the Position Join a dedicated pediatric team at Monadnock Regional Pediatrics within Monadnock Community Hospital.
