Position Summary The Outbound Verification Specialist is responsible for ensuring adherence to standard operating procedure in order to supply the correct Greenworks product to the customer promptly. In this role, you will review digital orders in SAP, generate labels, ensure inventory accuracy through product processing, and assist with loading the product as needed. An employee with strong attention to detail and the ability to adhere to compliance guidelines is essential for the success of this position. Responsibilities Computer Experience: SAP/ERP preferred, Teams, Outlook email, & ADP. Verification Process: Review Order Details Confirm Item Number on Outbound Deliver Order (ODO) Verify product/model number Print and label containers for shipment Prepare product for shipment and occasionally load outbound trucks Complete Hazmat/IATA training for proper handling of hazardous materials for global shipping Maintain compliance with all safety and quality standards Communication: Collaborate with teammates to support an inclusive and diverse work environment Resolve problems and contribute to continuous improvement efforts directed by leadership Escalate compliance concerns to supervisor or management immediately Ensure proper and accurate inventory records of orders to customers and businesses Returns: Unload trucks by hand and using pallet jacks Partner with other departments to return product to inventory or issue customer refundsMaintain inventory accuracy Other Responsibilities: Sweep, dispense trash, clean aisles of debris Clean trailers/containers free of debris Stack/unstack pallets to avoid trip hazards Perform other duties as assigned to support department operations Required Skills and Experience Basic Math Basic Computer Knowledge Read and comprehend SOP / instructions for stacking pallets correctly Use a manual or motorized pallet jack Lift 5–50 lbs, team lift 50+ lbs throughout shift Perform squat, bend, stoop, twist, forward/backward/side motions throughout shift Knowledge of operating Wrap Machine (preferred) Pass pre‑employment screening and drug test Preferred Skills and Experience 1 year of experience using various tracking programs (SAP) and basic office equipment (copier, printer, fax, etc.) 1 year of computer experience Compensation and Benefits Health, dental, and vision coverage Assistance with fertility treatment and adoption 401k company match plan Paid sick, personal, and vacation time Greenworks will not offer sponsorship for employment‑based visa status.
