Back of House Crew Member - Part Time/ Full Time

Located at our food stand inside Bengtson's Pumpkin Farm, this seasonal role offers a fun and fast-paced environment where you can showcase your culinary skills and work alongside a dedicated team. If you’re energetic and dependable, we want to hear from you this fall!

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation : Assist in preparing and cooking menu items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Steam Table Operations : Maintain the steam table, ensuring food is served at the correct temperature and freshness.
• Fryer Operations : Operate fryers to prepare side items and other menu offerings while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Cleanliness and Safety : Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• No prior experience required, but a passion for food and teamwork is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Must be available for the entire season from September 4 to November 9.

Schedule

• Opening Weekend: September 4–7 (Labor Day Weekend)
• Closed: September 8–10
• Regular Season: September 11–November 9
