Job Title
Location: 5401 East Independence Blvd, Charlotte NC
Troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs. Working with end-users to resolve issues. Providing updates to management as needed.
Required Skills
TOP 2 or 3 required skills that candidates must have: Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, Installing
Mandatory Requirements
Field Tech experience client-facing/executive customer service. Troubleshooting and preventative maint of site. Warranty Dell support. Mac experience is a plus. Certification Requirements: A+/nice to have Dell/Lenovo/Mac
Work Schedule
M-F/8-5/Overtime = YES/On-Call = YES • Full-time hours or part-time hours? FT
Experience and Certifications

Driving and Travel
• Driving Required – Yes or No? YES Travel between multiple locations during week.
