Our company specializes in remodel/new construction for residential and commercial properties. Projects range from new construction, tenant improvement projects, various types of remodel projects, emergency services, small repairs and restoration for a multitude of properties in the Los Angeles area. We are committed to craftsmanship and having a team/family-oriented environment!Responsibilities:Assisting the General Manager with managing projects in process.Assisting the General Manager with updating allowance and budget spreadsheets.Meeting subcontractors for site walks and scope reviewsAssisting the General Manager with various administrative tasksQualifications and Requirements:5+ years of experience in working in construction or previous project management experienceBasic computer skills (Email, spreadsheets, etc)Familiarity with construction management software and Office 365 is a plusValid driver's licenseWhat We Offer:Salary Rate: $60K-$80K DOEPTO and Paid Holidays100% covered medicalRetirement saving account with employer matchCompany Laptop, Gas Card and Cell PhoneJob Site Locations: The Greater Los Angeles areaSchedule: Monday-FridayStart Time: 6:00am-9:00am depending on projectEnd Time: 3:00pm- 6:00pm depending on projectSTS Construction Services is looking for a full-time Assistant Project Manager.
