The Part Time Administrative Assistant at Claremont Colleges provides essential support through efficient scheduling, document management, and customer service. This role involves regular interaction with both students and staff, ensuring smooth daily operations within the academic environment during typical working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for staff and faculty
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
- Manage document filing and correspondence handling
- Provide customer support to students, staff, and faculty
- Support meeting preparation and follow-up tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Workday software
