Organizational Change Management and Adoption Assurance Specialist - ERP

About the Opportunity
\naccel bi corporation is seeking an Organizational Change Management and Adoption Assurance Specialist for a proposed One Washington independent QA engagement. You will assess whether agencies and implementation cohorts are prepared to adopt new Workday processes and sustain operational readiness.
\nResponsibilities
\n• Independently assess organizational change management maturity and adoption readiness.
\n• Evaluate stakeholder participation rates and engagement evidence.
\n• Review change management, communication, and training artifacts.
\n• Assess readiness across agencies, divisions, and implementation cohorts.
\n• Identify adoption risks affecting go-live and stabilization.
\n• Evaluate the adequacy of program responses to readiness gaps.
\n• Produce evidence-based findings and contribute to executive QA reports and transition recommendations.
\nRequired Qualifications
\n• At least five years of direct QA, IV&V, audit, or other independent assurance experience on large ERP implementations.
\n• Direct experience assessing organizational change management and adoption on a large ERP implementation.
\n• Experience measuring stakeholder participation and assessing OCM maturity.
\n• Experience evaluating cohort-level adoption readiness.
\n• Strong analytical, written communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
\nPreferred Qualifications
\n• Public-sector, multi-agency ERP transformation experience.
\n• Workday implementation experience.
\n• Multi-wave deployment and post-go-live adoption assessment experience.
\n• Relevant change management certifications.
\nCertifications may supplement, but do not replace, the required independent assurance experience.
