The Opportunity with McKinstry The McKinstry DER team is in need of a Senior DER Market Leader-Data Centers to spearhead our go-to-market strategy for Data Center projects and coordinate internal stakeholders to position us for success in this market segment. With the Data Center market rapidly growing, McKinstry’s DER team’s aggressive revenue targets for 2027-2030 depend on us capturing a significant share of this growing market. We need an experienced leader to 1) address the sales side, understanding and articulating the market dynamics/value proposition for the customer, 2) be able to connect the dots between the customer value proposition and our offerings to optimize our solution, and 3) strategic leadership to drive our focus on the right markets, customers, products and processes to be a market-leader. Additionally, some responsibilities you will have include: Developing McK Data Center market strategy in coordination with DER sales team – target customers, markets/geographies, project types; articulating the McK value proposition.Leading internal development of a compelling Data Center offering - coordinating with procurement leader on McK strategic supplier relationships with Data Center vendors; coordinating with McK engineering teams to optimize a range of offerings.Identifying and leading Data Center-related internal process improvement efforts (eg. The pay range for this position is$141,570 - $243,900 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
