This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader who is passionate about coaching others, building relationships, driving results, and creating a culture of accountability and service.What You'll DoLead the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring an exceptional member experience.Drive branch growth through member acquisition, relationship development, and achievement of sales and service goals.Coach, develop, and motivate team members to reach their full potential.Promote a culture aligned with SCCU's core values and commitment to member service.Monitor branch performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Represent SCCU within the community and participate in local events and relationship-building opportunities.Support special projects and organizational initiatives as needed.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Five or more years of experience in the financial services industry.Progressive leadership and management experience with a track record of developing teams.Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Ability to build relationships with members, employees, and community partners.Experience coaching employees to achieve sales and service goals.Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with computers and business systems.Why Join Superior Choice Credit Union?At SCCU, our mission is to provide superior service while delivering products and services that meet the financial needs of our members.
