Corporate Legal Assistant (2+ years of experience)

Folsom Jackson O’Malley LLP is seeking a Legal Assistant to support our Corporate Law team. This role focuses on transactional and corporate matters (non-litigation) and involves preparing, revising and organizing corporate legal documents and correspondence. The Legal Assistant will assist with entity formation and maintenance, corporate records, and routine filings; coordinate and manage multiple attorney calendars and deadlines; and provide day‑to‑day administrative and practice support to designated attorneys. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized and client-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities, communicate professionally with clients and colleagues, and proactively support attorneys in balancing a fast-paced corporate practice.

What you will Need:

• At least two years of corporate transactional experience.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with NetDocuments and Orion a plus, but not required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize.
• Paralegal certificate/experience a plus, but not required.
