• 16-hour shifts -- 5+ shifts per month
• Average daily census: 9 - 11 (NICU/Nursery)
• Level III NICU facility
• Daytime neonatologist onsite -- nighttime on-call with 30-min response
• Intubation, UVC/UAC, surfactant, lumbar punctures, neonatal stabilization
• Program expansion -- building up NNP program
• Annual deliveries: ~1,250/year
