Director Drug Development Program Management (Genetic Medicines)

Director-level program management role at Regeneron responsible for providing operational leadership across drug development programs from preclinical through commercialization. Responsibilities

• Lead strategic program teams and governance meetings with Global Program Head oversight
• Develop integrated program plans including goals, budgets, and timelines
• Monitor program progress and report accurately to senior leadership
• Identify risks and issues, implementing proactive mitigation strategies
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues while managing direct reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree minimum
• 12+ years of project/program management experience, preferably pharmaceutical
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong presentation and critical thinking abilities
• Proficiency with project management systems (MS Project, SharePoint)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills
• Experience thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
