Position Highlights

• Craft Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create tailored therapy approaches to help them achieve their personal goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor abilities, cognition, and everyday functioning.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure integrated and comprehensive care.
• Guide Patients and Caregivers: Teach patients and their families therapy methods to encourage continued progress at home.
• Track and Adapt Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment strategies as necessary to keep patients on track.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Encouragement for ongoing education and postgraduate certifications.

Licensure and Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT certification is mandatory.
