Corporate Paralegal

Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 DOE Type: Direct Hire A growing organization is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support corporate governance, leadership, contracts, compliance, and legal documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys working closely with senior leadership and managing a variety of corporate matters. Responsibilities Support board and committee meetings, minutes, resolutions, bylaws, and corporate records Maintain legal, corporate, and compliance documentation and calendars Coordinate subpoenas, court orders, records requests, and related legal matters Assist with contracts, NDAs, leases, vendor agreements, and signature processes Support policy management and compliance initiatives Assist with due diligence related to acquisitions and other corporate transactions Manage document retention, records preservation, and related projects Partner with leadership and internal teams on a variety of legal and administrative matters Qualifications 3+ years of paralegal or related legal experience Corporate, law firm, contracts, compliance, or financial services experience preferred Strong organizational and document management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with SharePoint or governance systems a plus Notary and/or project management experience a plus Why Consider This Opportunity?
