Welder (MIG/Stick) - Entry Level to Experienced

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00/hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 1st Shift

Express Employment Professionals is seeking motivated Welders for multiple fabrication and manufacturing clients throughout the OKC Metro area. We are looking for candidates ranging from entry-level welders with basic welding experience to highly skilled welders with fabrication and blueprint reading experience. If you have MIG and/or Stick welding experience and are looking for a long-term opportunity with room for growth, we want to hear from you!

• Perform MIG and/or Stick welding on a variety of materials and projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, weld symbols, and work instructions
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components according to specifications
• Operate hand tools, power tools, grinders, saws, and other fabrication equipment
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
• Assist with general shop and fabrication duties as needed

• Previous MIG and/or Stick welding experience required
• Ability to pass a weld test
• Ability to read blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols preferred
• Experience welding carbon steel, stainless steel, or other metals is a plus
• Knowledge of fabrication processes and shop equipment is beneficial
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing or shop environment
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Welding certifications are a plus but not required
• Entry-level candidates with welding school, vocational training, or hands-on experience are encouraged to apply
