Bilingual Medical Receptionist

Medical Front Office Assistant
Qualified applicants may be responsible for greeting patients, entering new patient information, checking patients in and out, verifying insurance coverage, answering telephones, scheduling appointments on the computer, collecting co-payments, and various other clerical duties as needed.
Applicants must have at least 3-5 years of previous medical front office experience, preferably in an ENT or Family Practice office. Qualified candidates must have excellent people and telephone skills and be familiar with medical terminology, ICD-10 and CPT coding, and knowledge of HMOs, PPOs, and various insurance plans. Excellent typing and math skills, ten key by touch, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment are also required. NextGen EPM/EMR experience is a significant advantage.
The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience. Spanish speaking and NextGen experience would be a plus.
