Job title :Technical Project Manager Location : Remote Duration : 12+ Months Position Overview Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Coordination
- Own the presales program lifecycle from initial intake through approval and readiness for execution.
- Lead deal reviews, working sessions, and leadership meetings.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams including Delivery, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Product, and Field Operations.
- Establish timelines, responsibilities, milestones, and execution plans. Governance, Risk & Issue Management
- Drive project governance, intake, review, escalation, and decision-making processes.
- Identify project risks, delivery constraints, resource gaps, and dependencies.
- Develop and manage mitigation plans to address risks and issues proactively.
- Escalate critical issues with clear impacts and options for leadership review.
- Ensure customer commitments align with delivery capabilities and operational capacity.
- Partner with Sales to support opportunity progression while ensuring realistic delivery commitments.
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, Contracts, and Delivery teams.
- Facilitate communication across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Provide clear project status, risks, dependencies, and execution updates to leadership.
- Translate complex information into clear, executive-ready communication.
- Help improve and scale project management and presales processes.
- Standardize project management documentation, workflows, and governance practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce handoffs, and shorten project cycle times.
- Support reporting, dashboards, pipeline visibility, capacity planning, and execution readiness.
- Typically 6+ years of project/program management experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years with a Master's degree.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in operational or presales environments.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or initiatives with competing priorities.
- Strong experience working with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal/Contracts, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
- Strong project and program management skills.
- Experience with governance frameworks, intake processes, or enterprise operating models is preferred.
- Strong risk, issue, dependency, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
- Strong ability to organize complex information and communicate it clearly to executive stakeholders.
- Telecom industry experience.
- Data Center project experience.
- Construction project experience.
- Permitting experience.
- Experience supporting presales, solution delivery, or large-scale technology programs.
