Position Overview
Key Features:
• A well-established ENT practice providing a wide range of services for both pediatric and adult patients.
• A non-profit community hospital with 280 beds, recognized as a regional referral center for nearby areas, utilizing Epic EMR for patient management.
• A work schedule of 4.5 days per week, including dedicated operating room time, supported by a robust team of allied health professionals and audiologists.
• A dynamic and collaborative clinic atmosphere with no direct competition, offering a diverse array of cases that allow for meaningful patient interactions.
• A competitive financial package featuring a base salary and bonus structure, with total compensation reaching $525K.
• Comprehensive HR benefits, coverage for malpractice (including tail), 7 weeks of paid time off/CME, an annual CME allowance, and an attractive recruitment incentive.
• Open to new graduates and H1B visa applicants; however, J1 visa sponsorship is not available.
