Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are looking to hire a temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates to support the organization's hiring needs. This role focuses heavily on candidate sourcing, resume review, phone screening, interview coordination, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and skilled at building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media platforms, networking events, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Conduct targeted searches to identify qualified candidates for difficult-to-fill positions. Utilize creative sourcing techniques to attract diverse and high-quality talent. Candidate Screening & Assessment Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and alignment with position requirements. Conduct initial phone and video screenings to assess skills, experience, compensation expectations, and cultural fit. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed candidate summaries and recommendations. Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process. Interview Coordination Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Prepare interview materials and ensure interviewers have necessary candidate information. Facilitate a seamless interview experience by managing logistics, communications, and follow-up activities. Gather interview feedback and maintain timely communication with candidates regarding next steps.
