Human Resources Manager

Job Description

The Human Resources Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing all HR responsibilities within the organization, reporting directly to the CEO. This position has a balanced focus on recruitment and talent acquisition, employee relations and engagement, and comprehensive human resources functions. The HR Manager supports organizational growth through effective policy implementation, conflict resolution, and fostering a productive work environment. Occasional travel may be required for this role.

Responsibilities

Lead talent acquisition and recruitment efforts to attract top candidates
Manage employee relations to promote engagement and resolve conflicts
Oversee performance management processes to ensure organizational effectiveness
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
Develop and implement training and development programs
Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
Produce and analyze HR reports for strategic decision-making
Manage compensation and benefits administration
Drive organizational development initiatives to support growth

Required Qualifications

Proven expertise in employee relations and talent acquisition
Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor law compliance
Experience in performance management and conflict resolution
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years in human resources management
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
