Field Training Manager

Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a track record of improving guest outcomes. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, influence, and align diverse teams. Hands-on Training experience, including designing and delivering learning sessions for managers and frontline team members. Demonstrated focus on Guest Experience, with an understanding of hospitality best practices in entertainment, dining, or retail environments. Experience in supervising or managing teams in a high-volume, guest-centric setting. Ability to work on-site with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong problem-solving skills and comfort using guest feedback and operational data to inform decisions.
