Superior Exterior Insurance Restoration LLC is seeking a friendly, professional, and outgoing Roofing Sales Representative to serve as the primary liaison between our company, homeowners, insurance companies, and the surrounding community during roofing projects. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience by guiding homeowners through the roofing and insurance processes while ensuring clear communication from initial inspection through project completion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct professional walk-arounds of properties to identify visible exterior and storm damage
- Educate homeowners on the roofing process and set clear project expectations
- Assist homeowners with initiating and filing insurance claims, clarifying necessary information
- Maintain ongoing communication with homeowners regarding inspections, insurance updates, scheduling, materials, and installation progress
- Attend installation days to greet homeowners, answer questions, and ensure smooth project execution
- Engage with neighbors by introducing yourself and representing the company professionally within the community
- Coordinate with sales representatives, office staff, insurance agents, and roofing crews to streamline project flow
- Document project updates and communicate important information to the office as needed
- Follow up with customers post-installation to confirm satisfaction and clarify any remaining steps
- Support scheduling of inspections, appointments, and final walkthroughs
- Identify and communicate customer concerns or issues to management promptly
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with insurance claim processes
- Professional demeanor and appearance
