Property Accountant

Manage accounting functions including cash management, payroll accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Perform month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes Prepare monthly reporting packages and quarterly reporting schedules Prepare consolidated trial balances, financial statements, account reconciliations, and financial schedules Record intercompany transactions, confirm balances, coordinate information with intercompany counterparts, and process quarterly cash settlements Prepare ad hoc IRS filings, business and property tax filings, and governmental data surveys Ensure timely submissions to local and federal agencies Ensure compliance with
