Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to lead daily operations at our outpatient clinic in Newton. This role is ideal for a healthcare professional who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and ensuring a positive experience for both patients and staff.The Office Manager will provide hands-on leadership and oversight of clinic operations, including staff supervision, workflow coordination, patient service, compliance, and quality improvement efforts. The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.What You’ll DoProvide leadership, supervision, coaching, and support to outpatient clinic staffManage daily clinic operations to ensure efficient workflows, accuracy, and high-quality serviceCoordinate staff scheduling and coverage to support consistent operationsMonitor operational reports related to scheduling, billing, insurance verification, and workflow performanceIdentify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and patient careSupport recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staffServe as a resource for patient concerns and ensure timely resolutionMaintain compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and applicable healthcare regulationsCollaborate with leadership and other departments to improve processes and support clinic goalsAssist with financial workflows, including patient account follow-up and collections coordinationParticipate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiativesHigh school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a medical office, outpatient clinic, or healthcare settingMinimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experienceStrong understanding of healthcare office operations, workflows, and patient service practicesDemonstrated ability to lead, coach, and hold staff accountable while fostering a positive work environmentExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize multiple responsibilities, work independently, and make sound decisionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and qualityAbility to maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentialitySchedule: Full-time, Monday–FridayCompensation: Competitive salaried position with pay determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
