About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director/Administrator for its hospice services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall direction of the hospice, including the employment of qualified personnel, the provision of hospice services, and the establishment of care standards in compliance with regulations. This role involves operational planning, budgeting, and ensuring the organization's compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements. The Executive Director/Administrator will also be tasked with monitoring business operations for financial stability, evaluating hospice services and personnel, and managing conflict and complaint resolution. Applicants must have a Registered Nurse licensure and a minimum of 2-5 years' experience in healthcare management. The role requires the ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative staff, as well as a deep understanding of hospice care and the services provided to patients and their families. The Executive Director/Administrator will be expected to stay current on local and national hospice issues, promote interdisciplinary care, and ensure that the organization maintains high standards of ethical business and clinical practice. Staff development, effective communication, and collaboration with other departments and agencies are also key aspects of the position.
