Base pay range $22.00/yr - $27.00/yr Position Summary The Field Service Advisor is responsible for dispatching field technicians to service calls and planned maintenance, accurately invoicing completed work, and estimating additional repairs needed. The Field Service Advisor plays a crucial role: aligning excellent customer service and dispatch abilities with our customers' need to deliver excellence safely. This position is highly collaborative, internally and externally facing, and requires a high level of customer service and communication skills.
