Job Overview – Plant Manager – 34110 Excellent opportunity for a leader with plant management experience. This role is with a long-standing manufacturing business that is growing and is a leader in its industry globally. Compensation: To $165K, DOE Responsibilities Responsible for planning, managing, and directing all manufacturing, plant engineering, customer service, and materials management functions at the high-volume automation plant Accountable for meeting plant, division, and corporate goals and objectives in alignment with established policies and procedures Ensure safe and efficient operations across all functional areas Satisfy customer requirements while maintaining profitability Automate system optimization by overseeing continuous improvement including robotics to enhance production and efficiencies Lead cross-functional teams in a high-volume automation system that align with production goals Drive operation efficiencies by minimizing downtime and streamline processes where needed Provide leadership to plan, schedule and organize all staff manufacturing Accountable for profitability of the plant Maintain good safety standards for the plant Requirements Bilingual candidate highly preferred 10+ years of experience in plant operations including materials management 3+ years of plant management over operations of a plant Experience in a high volume automated plant is preferred Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, Materials Management MBA is preferred, Six Sigma or Lean Process experience preferred Must be onsite everyday in Conroe, Texas Seniority Level: Mid-Senior Level Sherpa is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
