Senior Representative, Consumer Banking Deposits

Location: This is a work-from-home role; however, to be considered for this role you MUST live within 60 minutes or 60 miles of Kansas City, KS .

Role Summary/Purpose:

As a Senior Representative, Consumer Banking Deposits you will be trained to handle inbound calls from our customers regarding all facets of their deposit accounts. In addition to answering questions regarding current accounts, you will be looking to offer new products to the customer. This role will be the first point of contact for customer calls and drive a concentrated focus on acquiring new accounts and customers by explaining our products and value proposition. Essential Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from customers regarding all aspects of their accounts

• Efficiently access multiple electronic systems to provide complete response

• Work to enhance and strengthen the relationship with the customer

• Assist customer with various account maintenance:

• Opening/Opening Accounts

• CD renewals

• Money movement

• Provide input to Sr. Management regarding improvements to our product & process based on customer feedback.

• Perform other duties/or special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months in Financial Services industry or consumer banking

• Minimum of 6 months in your current role or if you were hired externally after 1/1/20, 9 months in your current role

• Have at least a “satisfactory” performance rating

• Not be on active formal or final formal corrective action

• Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes weekends and holidays

Grade/Level: 05

The hourly rate range for this position is $23.50 - $30.00/hr USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub (either virtual or physical) for in-person engagement activities such as regular business or team meetings, training and culture events.

Eligibility Requirements:

• You must be 18 years or older

• You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

• You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

• You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

• New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
